Went into Renfrew this week to look at a Dodge Charger with salesman Caiden Bernat. I have to say, that out of all the cars I've purchased over my life, my two best experiences have been at Renfrew, over 30 years apart too! (Bought a brand new 1993 Dodge Shadow)
This dealership will go above and beyond to get you what you want at an extremely reasonable price. Kudos to Caiden and Rick for their attention and care. Customer service shines at this business during a time when customer service doesn't mean what it used to.

Austin was very helpful and patient in helping us purchase a car from their dealership. He was not pushy in closing the deal right away. He even checked back with us a couple days later to make sure everything is okay and we are satisfied with our purchase.

Chay at Renfrew hit it out of the park for us!
I had a standard Mini Cooper to trade in, and had plunked in the specs to the automated valuation. It gave me a less-than-ideal trade in price, but Chay convinced me to bring it in for a real valuation. I did and coincidentally there was a promotion going on, so the family and I had lunch and treats and entered into a raffle and won some cool hats.
The valuation was incredibly fair and substantially higher than online (and WAY better than from Mini Cooper in Royal Oak). After a quick test drive, we bought the Jeep Wrangler that I’ve been wanting forever.
The process was all so quick and easy and I couldn’t be happier to recommend Chay and Renfrew to everyone!

My salesman was Caiden Bernat. I asked Caiden to send pictures of the truck, a video of it running, as well as a picture of the transmission dipstick wiped on paper towel. He handled every request quickly and without complaint. As a customer, I felt respected and that I got a fair deal. The vehicle was delivered 6 hours from Calgary and the tank was full. All of the staff that I spoke to at Renfrew Dodge were polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them.

Gagan from Renfrew helped me find a really great truck. It was a pleasure dealing with him throughout. He is very knowledgeable, did not rush me, and never made me feel pressured. He even took time on a day off to help me sort out some logistics before pick up. He will be my first call when I’m ready for my next truck.

I live in the lower mainland and my daughter is currently going to university in Calgary. She had just purchased a preowned Wrangler while on reading break. She drove it back to Calgary to find out she only had heat on the passenger side only. I normally look after my family’s vehicles with purchasing & servicing, my daughter wanting to show her independence from “the old guy” at home called Renfrew Chrysler to book her Jeep in for a diagnostic check. I assumed the worst and asked my daughter to have the service advisor call me. Brian Pink was her advisor, once I got past the Reservoir Dogs comments (IYKYK) Brian was amazing! He kept both myself & my daughter informed, had the Jeep in the shop, diagnosed, repaired and let me know what the plan would be in the future if any further HVAC issues arose. Brian you’ve put this dad at ease knowing my daughter’s Jeep servicing needs are in capable hands while attending school in Calgary.

His approach was focused on finding the right vehicle for my needs rather than applying high-pressure sales tactics.
Once the deal moved to the business office, Christian in Finance handled the transition seamlessly. Finance is often the most stressful part of a vehicle purchase, but Christian’s communication was proactive and top-tier. He kept me updated throughout the process and ensured all my questions were answered promptly.
Areas for Operational Improvement;
While the front-end service was exceptional, I did notice some administrative friction between departments. Specifically, the accounting and back-office processing felt significantly slower than the fast-paced, attentive service provided by Caiden and Christian. Improving the synergy between the sales floor and the administrative office would make for a truly flawless customer experience.
Despite the slight administrative lag, the overall experience was excellent. The truck is fantastic, and the service from Caiden and Christian was among the best I’ve encountered in any type of purchasing situation.
