A: When you lease a vehicle under Chrysler's Gold Key Lease plan, you acquire the right to use the vehicle during the term of the lease contract, but you do not own it. During the term of the lease the vehicle is owned by Chrysler Finanical Canada.
Q: What if the vehicle is stolen or totaled?
A: The Gold Key Lease agreement includes provisions for "gap" protection. This will cover the difference between your insurance company's settlement and the amount still owing on your lease.
